   This program allows to use different metrics for fast formal cs comparison (common - PSNR, Delta, SSIM, VQM and our own metrics for measure bluring and blocking). There are different ways for representing results: CVS-log file, video file with metric visualization. Also you could compare two (original, processed) or three (original, and two processed by different cs, for example) files.
